Let us handle everything behind the scenes so you can do what you do best: invest in your group. We’ll manage the food and lodging, provide activities for you to choose from, supply meeting spaces and equipment, and so much more.

Meeting Spaces

Gather together to build relationships like never before.

Chapel

Can seat up to 299. Optimal for 250 or under. Equipped with sound equipment, a projector, and lighting.

Monadnock Room

Can seat up to 75. Located in the Chapel building. Equipped with sound equipment and a TV.

Founders' Room

Can seat up to 55. Located in the Chapel building. Equipped with sound equipment and a TV.

Prayer Room

Can seat up to 13. Located in the Ark. Equipped with a small TV.

Hillside

Can seat up to 100+. Equipped with sound equipment and a TV.

Currently unavailable due to being used for store and other purposes

Note: Chairs and tables provided for all meeting spaces as requested.

Accommodations

The perfect combo of classic and comfort

A beautiful, historic lodge building built in 1808 and surrounded by covered porches lined with rocking chairs ready for relaxation

All rooms are fitted with bunk beds with mattresses (Guests provide their own linens + towels)

Most rooms have 1 double bed; all other beds are twin bunkbeds

Two room types are available: rooms with private baths or rooms with shared hallway bathrooms (Hand soap provided)

Room capacities range from 4 to over a dozen people

All rooms are winterized

The Ark also holds the Dining Room, Game Room, indoor pool, and small lounge

A former manor, Carlson was built in 1913 and has a large porch lined with rocking chairs

All rooms are fitted with bunk beds with mattresses (Guests provide their own linens + towels)

Most rooms have 1 double bed; all other beds are twins

Two room types are available: rooms with private baths or rooms with shared hallway bathrooms (Hand soap provided)

All rooms have heat

Set in a wooded area a short walk from the camp center

Cabins are fitted with bunk beds with mattresses (Guests provide their own bedding)

Cabins use the neighboring bathhouses (Hand soap provided)

Maximum capacity is 12 people for each of the 4 cabins

Seasonal (Only available Memorial Day to Labor Day)

Total of 32 campsites, all with water/electric and 7 with sewage hookups as well

RV and tent camping allowed

Female facilities have 3 toilets, 3 sinks, and 3 showers

Male facilities have 3 toilets, 3 sinks, and 2 showers

Shared campfire pit in center of campground

Rockwall (must be rented by group and opened by a trained staff member)

Outdoor pavilion that holds up to 200

How far from camp center is less than a mile

Dining

All meals are served buffet style in our Dining Hall. Allergy-friendly accommodations are available upon request. When multiple groups are on site at the same time, groups are assigned tables to guarantee seating together. Limited outdoor picnic tables are also available for use during meals.

Recreational Opportunities:

You are welcome to book any of our sites exclusively, meaning your group is guaranteed to be the only one hosting a retreat on that site at that time. Talk to our Guest Group Coordinator about minimum attendees or offsetting fee exceptions to make this happen.
